Stripe processes payments for us. Paperforge does not store full card numbers.

Provide, secure, and improve Paperforge.
Generate, store, and deliver the papers you request.
Manage accounts, credits, subscriptions, refunds, and support.
Detect abuse and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We share only the data needed with providers that help operate Paperforge, including hosting, storage, research, AI generation, authentication, analytics, and payment services. Submitted topics and relevant paper content can be sent to research and AI providers to produce your result.

Retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can update account details in Paperforge and billing details through the Stripe customer portal. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal information through the support channel linked from your account.

Changes

We may update this policy as Paperforge changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
